Manage Data Volume
Data Volume is an elastic block storage service provided by Cloudsway for Virtual Machine Instances and provides low latency, high performance, high durability, and high reliability. You can choose Standard Storage or SSD based on business needs.
- Standard Storage
Standard Storage have low cost and high cost-effectiveness, making them suitable for development and testing businesses that do not require high storage performance requirements
- SSD
SSD has the characteristics of high random read and write performance, high reliability, and is suitable for I/O intensive businesses, as well as small and medium-sized relational databases and NoSQL databases
View Data Volume
On the left menu bar, go to Storage > Data Volume to view basic information about the system disk and data disk.
Create a volume
Each Compute Instance can have multiple disks. To create a new disk, follow the instructions below.

On the left menu bar, go to Storage-> Data Volume, and click Create Volume

Choose a location. Select the location of the instance where you need to mount the volume.

Choose an instance. Select the instance you need to mount.

Configure Volume. Select the number of disks you need to mount, storage type and capacity.

Label the volume. You can modify the label name after installing it.

Check your order and Create Volume.
Precautions

The mounted instance and the volume disk are in the same availability zone

A total of 8 storage devices can be connected to an instance simultaneously, including local disks and block storage volumes

The default combined maximum size of all volumes within an account per region is 100 TiB
